To get to 8441 Duff St in Vancouver’s Fraserview neighborhood from Vancouver International Airport (YVR), the drive is roughly 15-25 km depending on the route and takes about 20-30 minutes.
Exit the Airport: Take Grant McConachie Way and cross the Arthur Laing Bridge.
Merge to SW Marine Dr: Keep left to merge onto SW Marine Dr/BC-99 N, then take the exit for West 70th Avenue.
Head South-East: Drive along SW Marine Dr running parallel to the Fraser River.
Arrive at Duff St: When you see Victoria Drive turnoff, go one more block and turn onto Duff Street. The house is about half way down the street between dark and light grey houses.
Parking: There is limited, non-permit street parking on Duff St. There are 2 parking spots out of the front of the house, please try and use them first. Look for other space on Duff St if they are taken (usually a visitor). Please remember to re-park in-front of the house to retain space and respect for neighbours.
Please do not park out of the front of neighbours in the dark grey house as they need to charge their car from the front.

Transit service to Duff St consists of local buses feeding a train system (Sytrain).
Transfers: Depending on your origin, you will likely connect to the 100 bus directly from the Canada Line (at Marine Drive Station) or Expo Line (at 29th Avenue, Joyce, or Metrotown stations).
Nearby Routes: The area north toward downtown is serviced by nearby bus lines such as the #20 Victoria.
