Being close to the river means we are frequented by multiple pacific north west wildlife including raccoons, coyote, deer, skunk and rodents.
Please keep the doors closed if you are not using the deck or garden to avoid wildlife entering the house.
A family of racoons (five of them) pass through the garden and walk the deck in the evening. They are curious and might peer through the window, but tend to scurry off if confronted. A reminder that they can scratch and bite if they feel threatened. Please do not feed them!
Coyote can be seen in the lane at the back, do no approach and pick up small children and pets.
